Get to know me

My journey into product management began in 2018, but looking back, it feels like everything I’ve done up to that point was leading me here. My background is a unique mix of experiences—ranging from handling insurance claims to mapping retail operational processes. While these paths might seem unrelated at first glance, they’ve all contributed to how I approach product management today.

I started in the world of insurance, where I honed my analytical skills and learned the importance of precision and strategy. As I transitioned into business analysis, I found myself increasingly drawn to solving problems with a focus on improving processes and systems. It was here that I discovered my passion for creating solutions that not only worked but also made a real difference in the user’s experience. In 2018, I officially stepped into my first product role. The blend of strategy, empathy, and problem-solving that product management requires felt like a natural fit for me. I was no longer just analyzing and optimizing—I was building, iterating, and leading teams to create products that had a meaningful impact.

Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to product management, continually refining my approach to ensure that the products I help create are not only efficient but also genuinely user-friendly. My work has spanned multiple industries, but the common thread has always been a focus on human-centered design and a commitment to making life just a bit easier and more enjoyable for the users.

When I’m not working, I enjoy rooting for the Phillies and the Green Bay Packers or adding to my collection of sports memorabilia. At the core of everything I do is a simple idea: life is an experience, and if we can make those experiences better, we’re doing something that truly matters.
